GADA AGM 2006

The GADA 2006 AGM took place on 26th October, 7.30pm at GETNS.

The guest speaker was Deirdre McGuinness and her theme was "How to help the dyslexic child throughout school".

Parents Day 2006

The next Parents day will be on March 25th in the Galway Educate Together School.

The Association is a registered charity, which accepts donations and fund raises for fees for needy children and equipment but is otherwise self supporting. The association will be holding a street collection on April 8th.

Why We Need Help

To cover the costs of additional teaching children in our workshops, we have to charge parents. Whilst many parents are happy to pay these fees, some can not and therefore we need to raise funds, so that all dyslexic children in our region can receive the help and support they need.

What You Can Do

€250 helps to sponsor a child

500 sponsors one child half a year

€1000 sponsors one child for a full year.

Sponsor one child or more! All donations very welcome and can be offset against tax.

How We Say Thank You

A Christmas calendar with your logo will be distributed throughout Galway.
